Ignoring suffering is a moral crime….

 

​Indeed, it is inevitable to come across suffering, sick cats in Cyprus, especially when you feed cat colonies daily, and sadly, people so disrespectfully dump poor souls in your area to avoid the responsibility and vet bills.

​

I have rescued many desperate souls in the last six years ranging from injuries of large holes in their mouths, deep inner ear drum loss, broken legs, broken hips, tails ripped off, gunshot wounds, and much more….

 

Anyone with a heart must act in these cases, and therefore, yes, the medical bills to help such in-need animals do result in elevating our overall care costs.

 

In such special cases, I do my utmost to try to rehome the poor cats I have invested a lot of funds and emotions into rather than put them back on the streets, as they would have minimal hope for their future otherwise.
